I support executive leaders navigating complex business challenges in times of growth and change, hovering on the edges of chaos and disruption. I support my clients in areas such as strategic planning, change management and culture change. I bring decades of coaching hundreds of leaders across industries, typically in science/technology/engineering as we are globally on the cusp of dramatic change with the introduction of AI/ML and space commerce. I support leaders to deliver impact and lead others effectively, working on such areas as self-awareness, communication, delegation, accountability, vision and strategy, stakeholder management, inspiring and developing others, interpersonal dynamics and conflict resolution.
